Default Christmas Cards

Do you mail out Christmas cards?

I mailed out over 200 last year and I really do not want to even start this year. I would say I receive about 30 back from the people I sent them to.

Yes I mail out picture/holiday cards. I take a picture of my kids by the tree and have it made into a holiday greeting card. My friends and family know every year that they will get a picture of the kids.

I also don't get cards from everyone I send them to. But I still do it every year anyway.

My mom used to send out alot too. Then she slowly cut back by keeping track of who sent them back to her. I think that's what you should do. Postage is expensive so if others don't care to keep in touch with you that way, you shouldn't worry about not sending them one. That way too, it won't seem like such a chore to you. By the way, I send out cards to just a select group of friends/relatives and I write a personal message inside each of them. I also send a card to anyone that sends me one- I think that is the nice thing to do.

Yes, I still mail out Christmas cards, even though we do not receive as many back as I mail out.

I just got into cardmaking and I am so excited to hand out and send out some cards. It has been a great deal of fun for me and my Mom to do. I only send and make to special family and friends...

I like family picture cards! Maybe I can do that with my boyfriend and all our pets.

I completely agree with you! I think I am going to cut back and send personalized cards to close friends and family instead.

The amount of people over the years has decreased. I just think a lot of people do not have time anymore.

I send out ones to family(even non-speaking terms family)and close friends with recent pics of the kids and a personalized thought or two in each one. I also do not send out the same card to everyone- I buy cards after xmas holiday for next years- they are really cheap and it saves money.
