Wink Pity Party Thread...

Just in case you need a pity party today...or any day for that matter.
Feel free to tell us why

I'll go first

Sometimes I feel like a complaint machine, complaints go in...complaints come out.

Sometimes I just feel like Debbie downer! If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck! I work with the developmentally disabled I manage 2 ISL homes. Only been at this for 4 months. ok so we've been preparing for state to come in and you don't know until the last minute which houses there gonna pick. Today I get the call gee wizz I'm the only one in the company that manages 2 houses. State picks 6 places out of 15 places a few are mandatory well the good news today both mine got picked. Yeah go figure so I'm definitely in need of a pity party. I can can here the violins playing Oh I guess that was my pinky fingers. LOL Thanks Lori I feel better!!

Now that I've read this I really am a whiner!!

Hey, count me in too! I can snivel, snicker, & moan and groan with the best of them. I've had 62 years to practice my craft!! I'm sure if I look around I could complain about something...Lori, I feel on most days that when I say something to Dh I can see the words whistle right through those 2 holes in his head we call ears.....then turn around and say, what did you say?

Sometimes we all feel like no one cares for us or understands what we are going through. When I'm feeling really sorry for myself and have a "pity party" I usually clean the oven or wash windows. You can tell from the condition of both that I don't celebrate with a "pity party" often enough. As I have aged and now I am a SENIOR I usually just celebrate all the good things in my life - family, friends, health, etc.

Go ahead and have a pity party if you need one, it helps to get it out of your system and go on with the "good stuff"!

God bless!

Oh goodie, I love parties. My life has just about taken a few swirls down the porcelain goddess, a couple of times this year. Count me in.

Pity party here today! Just when I think things are turning around in my marriage here comes another curve ball. I hate women who have nothing better to do than try to break up a marriage. She doesn't even know me, doesn't know the situation and she's encouraging him to throw 10 years of our life away. Saying that i'm selfish, childish and only care about my feelings. If I was so selfish I'd left when he first started getting depressed, not that he'll admit it. After all i went through the miscarriage by myself, all he had to say was I needed to "get over it". What does she know about anything? Absoutely freaking nothing, she's just after my husband. I'm just about ready to say she can have him.
ON the positive side, due to stress we've lost 21lbs!
