Default Hidden Valley farmhouse originals

Has anybody tried the Hidden Valley farmhouse originals salad dressing? I tried it because I had a $2.00 off coupon and wanted to try something new. It comes in 4 flavors: Tomato & Bacon, Roasted Onion Parmesan, Creamy Parmesan and Bacon & Onion. I bought the Tomato & Bacon flavor and I love it . I plan to try the others

I got the coupon too, but the calorie count kept me from buying. Maybe they'll have some light versions soon.

Chris, this is what I will do sometime....put the salad in a plastic container with a locking type lid, along with the salad dressing. Close the lid and shake the whole thing for about a minute....a small amount of dressing can stretch....and cover all the salad.

They used to make a pizza ranch and a taco ranch that I really liked in the 1990's, but they discontinued them. Hope that these Farmhouse Originals stick around a little longer than the four new flavors they tried then

Carol, this is exactly what I do! LOL! Great minds think alike, eh? I am the only person in my house who'll eat salad, so I just make it one serving at a time. I make my own salad dressing too, which only has 14 calories a tablespoon. Makes it hard to think about using a dressing with so many calories and fat. I was going to try it, but I find it hard to believe it's that much better than the stuff I make though.
