I got this too and I love it! I also really like the Caffe Verona that came along with it. I liked the Caffe Verona so well that I bought a bag and sent it to a friend so that he could try it too.

You are so generous!

I thought I would like the Caffe Verona better but I still prefer the Pike Place Roast after I made the two this weekend.

Actually, he's the generous one. He's sharing a TV series on DVD with me, and every so often he sends me books and other goodies. It was my way of showing appreciation. He's a very good and dear friend and deserved it.

thanks for the info on this! i normally don't buy Starshmucks stuff cuz the couple of times i've gotten a cuppa it always tasted burnt and bitter. but i noticed that you specifically said that it's not bitter, so i'll give it a try! i love dark roast coffee, so i'm thinking this will work for me. Folgers Black Silk is ok, but i loved the Max House Bold Columbian... can't find it anymore though.
anyway... thanks!

So glad to hear that, PURPLECOLA! I do NOT like burnt or bitter tasting coffee at all. It has been really enjoyable but I do put chocolate soy milk and a little creamer in it. However, it's been my experience that even with those or in a mocha you can still taste the bitter stuff if it's there. Enjoy!
