Default What is your ABSOLUTE favorite movie?

Mine is Fried Green Tomatoes.

No matter how many times I see it, I laugh and laugh when she rams her car into the VW bug. -- She's older and she has more insurance! Then again later when her husband is telling her that he does not understand how she could accidently hit the same car 6 times.

I like that movie too!

It's so hard for me to pick just one favorite! I really love "Titanic." I also absolutely adore "13 Going on 30." New favorites: "The Holiday" and "Catch and Release."

I like that one too. My mom and grandma used to watch it I guess it grew on me.

A couple other movies I like are:
Stand by me
Meet the Parents
Click
Happy Gilmore
Love and Basketball
Back to the Future
and so many more... I love movies so much.

I love Gone With the Wind! It's my all time favorite!! Love those dresses!
I also love Grease, Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Overboard and anything else that's just silly. National Treasure is a great family movie, along with the Rookie.

My all time favorite is Mary Poppins. I love to stick it in the dvd player when I'm sick.

Some of my other favorites are Grease, The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Say Anything, Love Actually, Bridget Jones's Diary, You've Got Mail and When Harry Met Sally.

Ha! I was going to be embarrassed to write Sixteen Candles, so I'm glad it's one of your favorites too, Carly's Mommy.
Everytime I tell someone what it is...they like to tell me how cheesy that 80's movie is. I LOVE the part where Jake goes to the church to see Sam.

I even bought the t-shirt that says: "I Love Jake Ryan"

If anything, I'm the cheesy one

Default Favorite Movie

MY very favorite movie is Mildred Pierce, yeah I know it is older than the hills, but there is just something about it that I love, when I do watch it, either on Turner Classic's or on DVD or VHS, and say to my friend here, guess what I am watching she just says that movie again????? Next best movie is, Now Voyager, with Bette Davis......

Too funny about the t-shirt! I guess I'm cheesy too. My husband just does not get it when I watch these movies. He's never seen any of them and won't ever sit down to watch them with me. I was actually watching Grease recently and he was in the room and he said "There's too much singing in this movie," and I said "Duh ... it's a MUSICAL!" He had no idea it was a musical and I couldn't stop laughing.

A couple more movies that I forgot to mention before are Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Dirty Dancing.

Default Steel Magnolias

My all time favorite movie is Steel Magnolias. I still cry every time I watch it. It reminds me of my three friends and me. We have been through thick and thin and are always there to support each other.
