Default Japanese Horror Movies

I am curious...does anyone else just absolutely LOVE Japanese Horror movies like I do?
They just have such an extreme quality to them that American horror movies just do not have...they are very unpredictable and just downright creepy...

if you watch em..which ones are your favorite? if you've never watched one, go now and get one (a real one, not an American remake!!!)

here's some of my faves:

-Red Shoes
-Ju-On
-The Eye
-Premonition
-Infection

also, for those who are going to watch one for the first time...i have two recommendations of ones to start with...
i would get either Ju-On (The Grudge was made from this) or Ringu (the one The Ring was made from) these are two great ones that will be also be somewhat familiar if you've seen the American versions...and they're both super creepy
