Default Help

When I try to sign up for this information & related items, it says I am already registered. I think I did sign up several months ago but never receivived anything. I tried to find an on-line contact, but was unsuccessful. I am interested in the info as I am high risk for heart disease. Any suggestions?

Default Red Dress Pin

Got e-mail from AHA. They are sending me the pin and information on women's heart health. I am at high risk for heart disease because of diabetes and family history. Thanks for the post.
