Default The 20 Worst Foods in America

I love to eat. There's no doubt about it but it did rather shock me just how bad some of the food we eat really is. #14, one of my favorites, is a bust for me now. Way too much sodium.

Oh my gosh, those Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing look to die for but at almost 3,000 calories it sure is unhealthy, pass the butter please. lol

Thanks for posting this! I now realize that one of my favorite Quizno's subs is also the worst sandwich in America! Now I know 20 foods to avoid at all times. I couldn't believe the 20 oz. T-bone from Lone Star was on there as the worse steak. I didn't know steak could be so fattening.

Default The 20 Saltiest foods, too!

Here's another list of 20 bad foods--the ones highest in sodium!

Of course, old familiar bad for you foods like Hardee's Thickburgers, but also the surprises--a grilled salmon dish has almost three times your daily recommended salt, a Baja Fresh soup has more than your recommended daily salt, a Dunkin' Donuts bagel has two times your daily recommended salt, and so forth...YIKES!
