(1) Grand Prize: A 5 day / 4 night trip for winner and (3) guests to Orlando, FL to attend a 2008 professional basketball game (to be determined by Sponsor) and an opportunity to attempt a ½ court shot for a chance to win $1 Million. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport near winner’s residence to Orlando, standard hotel accommodations for 4 nights (2 rooms - double occupancy), (4) tickets to a theme park in the Orlando area, $2,500 spending money (to be used for meals and local ground transportation), (4) tickets to a 2008 professional basketball game and an opportunity at that game for the winner to attempt a ½ court shot for a chance to win $1 million. The 1 million, if awarded, will be awarded as a 40 year annuity, without interest, with a present value of $435,000. ARV of Trip: $15,400. Total ARV of Grand Prize if winning ½ court shot is made by winner: $450,400

(1,000) First Prizes: Go Pistachio Basketball ARV: $13 each. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes in Sweepstakes (if ½ court shot is made): $463,400; (if ½ court shot is NOT made): $28,400

For each legitimate email address provided, entrant will receive (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes, up to a maximum of five (5) such additional entries per person or email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
