Thank you all so much! Today is a much better day! I've been a little stressed lately, nothing health related just crazy things. I swear I worry about every little thing. I just need to stop doing that.

Glad you are feeling better. It is much easier to say "I won't worry about it" than to actually NOT worry.

Maybe tomorrow will be even better than today.

Yesterday I spent 1 solid hour on the phone with Direct TV...they are still overcharging me for 6 TV's when I only have 5. Last month I had a repairman come and fix the High Def...because it was not working. He called Direct TV for me 2 times to make sure they took off whatever it was that was causing them to overbill me. That did not work, apparently! Well whenever the girl tried to take off one of the receivers one TV would go dark. I was running back and forth to check and see that all TV's were up and running...finally we got it! Well, for all that effort she said she would send someone out on Wed to give us a FREE DVR player, which I'm excited about...so today I get in a cleaning mode and clean the TV, cabinet...everything around that area, so the repairman doesn't have to write in the dust..lol...now the High Def box is NOT working, and NO TV reception...I call 2 different times today and finally someone says, they BOX is not functioning! They are going to replace it....I tell her a repair man is coming tomorrow, can he bring the new box?? YES, he can! So hopefully this fixes everything tomorrow or I am going to be really ticked! Sometimes things just cannot go smoothly!

Dealing with TV providers and telephone providers is so exasperating!!! I changed from regular telephone to U-verse last June to try to correct a billing problem. The problem with the U-verse was just as bad! It took until March of this year to get the billing corrected! We only have internet and telephones on U-verse. I get e-mails and snail mail almost every day to try to convince us to change the TV to U-verse. too. When I talked to an agent at the phone company a while back and the sales pitch for U-verse TV started I told them "Lord deliver me from anything else from the telephone company to try to deal with" - the agent just chuckled.

I have a new computer, just delivered Saturday, now I'm trying to iron out all the questions, programs, etc with it. I'm TOO OLD FOR THIS!!!

I don't understand why it takes this much effort to get things straightened out! Next month if this is not cleared up I will ask for all the movie channels for FREE for a year! I already get $5.00 off for the High Def not working and another $10.00 for over billing me for 3 years! maybe I should ask for FREE TV for a year!
Geesh!

Congrats on the new computer, hope you get it all worked out soon...I am still learning about my new computer...
