Just got an email from the site that says my 1 month sample of Effisoy has been shipped and even provided the tracking number, it is sent via the USPS (mail), so it should be here soon.

Arrival
My 30 day sample arrived 3 days ago, so I am taking the 3rd pill today, so far I have not noticed any relief from hot flashes, but then it says within 30-60 days, but this package had a packing list and it says these sell for $29.99 a package.....good thing this was a free sample!

Pricing
I think they are the same price, $29.95 which is too much! (my opinion) I was on the patch for a number of years (prescription) and it cost me $20.00 with insurance, those patches worked so good, but after being on them for years I thought I would see if the hot flashes were over, lol No way are they over, but they are not like they use to be, I have been taking this freebie, Effisoy for 5-6 days now, haven't noticed nothing yet.....
