The Nutter Butter may be 100 calories, but it's still junk food. If you're "eating healthy," try a piece of fruit instead.

One bar contains 5% of your daily allowance of saturated fat and 6g of sugar. But it has no nutritional value whatsoever--no vitamins, no minerals (except for a little iron).

Link to nutritional info

If people are perceiving this as "healthy," then it's no wonder we're facing an obesity epidemic in this country.

Lynne already said she eats fruit, and she didn't say it was healthy, she said it was better than eating a piece of cake or a brownie. Calorie-wise, it is. Not everyone is completely literal-minded in their thinking, so perhaps Lisa didn't really mean to say that these are healthy. Regardless, some of us like to eat junk food every once in awhile anyway, and not all of us are fat! So there!

Everyone has different perceptions as to what is healthy. If someone ate candy all the time and cut it out totally then eating a 100 calorie pack is healthy to them. They have changed their lifestyle and gradually moving towards "healthier options."

Okay. I said hubby says we are "eating healthy". That means not too much to me. I did not say that I was making nutter butters my entire existance. I am aware of fruit. I like fruit. I have a good relationship with fruit. I did say that I may buy one . Somehow, I just don't see a lifelong commitment in that statement. I don't see a definite yes, either.

Thanks everyone for the concern. No worries I have apples and oranges in the kitchen. Not a nutter butter in my home.

Default Melosleep Supplements

I received & took the Melosleep Supplements & thought the product was great! Will definately order this product! I had been taking Tylenol PM to help me sleep (regardless if I had pain or not) and this herbal product actually helped me sleep better!!! If you have trouble sleeping, I would give this a try!

I have those, and will try them. I'm a Tylenol PMer, too. Would be nice for an herbal to do the job, too!

The Clean & Clear facial scrub. It's great and really does help wake you up. I now have the scrub, the daily cleanser, and the moisturizer. My girls use it too and both love it!

I'm glad you like it! LOL My daughter and I didn't. It gave me a pimple and Mara said it made her skin feel "gross". I liked that it made my skin soft and I liked the smell though.
