HI everyone!! LOL I've been AWOL! I had a few complications during my c-section that put me flat on my rear for a week. I ended up having several massive hunks of scar tissue removed that attached itself to almost everything in my stomach. Then I find out from my Aunt that it's an inheritied problem.... times like this I miss having my mom around. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. NO doing anything for me for at least another week. I hate being stuck, but at least I have this wonderful little boy to show for it.
Bodie Joseph made his entrance on June 4th @7pm. He weighed 7lbs and 9ozs. 19.75 inches long. He's doing just fine. He has his days and nights mixed up but we're working on it. He's precious. A few days early but that's ok. I was having contractions but the doc didn't want me in full blown labor. He's fot chocolate colored hair. Nat and Bryson have been blond. And wouldn't you know it Bryson got sick again Tuesday. It was a long week. We have found another doctor that wants to take a look at Bryson, he saw Bodie in the hospital and the nurses were telling him about Bryson. Fingers crossed he can figure out something.

I hope that link works! I couldn't remember how exactly to post a pic. And Bryson and Natileigh are being wonderful helpers. We've not had any jealousy issuses....yet...knock on wood.

He IS beautiful! How I miss those precious baby days! Not that I don't love having a 10yo, just miss those sweet snuggles and smell of baby head.
 Baby bottom, not so much!Sounds like it was adhesions, right? Those have popped up in our family too...w/me back in the '90s after surgery, and in both an aunt and an uncle this year abdominally. Praying you're healing well and all done with that!

Amanda, I just want to pick him up and snuggle with him....he looks so peaceful sleeping without a care in the world...babies are wonderful!
Big sister and brother helping out, priceless...great help esp when you have had a C section! I know all too well how that feels...you need as much rest as you can get. I hope your feeling better asap too!

What a little sweetie! He is precious Amanda! I know you are all excited about this little bundle of joy. Sorry to hear that you had problems with the C-section. Hopefully you will be up and feeling better soon. I sure hope Bryson is feeling better soon too! Poor thing! Hopefully this new Dr. will get things figured out for you. Hang in there.

Sometimes I wonder what my dh is thinking when he does things for me...(maybe there is a method to his madness) I asked him to clean potatoes so I can make twice baked potatoes...I come in and he has the scrubby sponge with dishsoap on it washing the potatoes with hot water.....I said, what do you think your doing??? You do not scrub them with dishsoap and hot water! Geesh, MEN!
