Hi ladies. First, let me start by saying that this is not about everyone on the trains. It is for those that are MIA.

Ladies, PLEASE!, if you are unable to continue on a train, WHICH YOU VOLUNTARILY SIGNED UP FOR, please let your conductor know. Noone is going to be upset if you would just let them know. Perhaps those of you that have yet to answer the conductors, about whether you want to stay on the train or not, figure that it is no big deal. Well, please let me inform you, for those of us that signed up and are going above and beyond to cover when you just drop out of site, it is a big deal and quite frankly, it isn't fair. It is only common courtesy to inform others of your intentions.

Now, I do realize, that in some cases, the unexpected comes up, ie: your computer crashes, family emergency, you are holding vigil for the stores early openings (hahahaha, thought we might need some humor!). However, that can't be everyone's excuse that has fallen off of the tracks. Quite honestly, I believe that it has become a real pain in the caboose for everyone that wants and does participate. I don't want this to fall completely apart, I really enjoy it, and I know many others do too. Please, if you are no longer interested, just say so. That way we can keep things running smoothly. Also, please remember to abide by the guidelines....like, post a quick message saying "I sent them to ***" and "The train arrived today!" Please help in making this train thing better and not a wreck!

Thank you.

You are absolutely right, Lisa. So far my train has been great *knocks on table* and everyone has just checked in for the next trip, but it seems we are one of the few trains that has not had issues yet. Remember, it's no big deal if you want to drop off the train, just let your conductor know--that way no one wastes money sending you a bunch of coupons :(

I'm assuming another train has gone missing, and that's the reason for this post. If you need someone to send a replacement, please let me know...my train just left and I won't see another one until after the holidays.

And...

If anyone currently on a train is going to be away for the holidays, please let your conductor know asap...that way arrangements can be made and no one thinks you have gone missing

Well Said! I feel the same way! My train has derailed twice already! Its very upsetting when you spend money to mail it, time to gather and clip the coupons and then it disapears with someone who doesnt even have the courtesy to say they are not able to continue. I sure hope those involved will read and listen to this. I appreciate knowing others feel the same as I do.

I'm sure a lot of people feel like it's just a bunch of coupons and big deal. But, it's also not a big deal to take a few minutes and post or PM someone to let us know what's going on with you. It's just a matter of courtesy.

Even if it is just a bunch of coupons, I sure do look forward to getting them! :)
