CoverGirl Advisory Board- possible scam? Anyone know?

I'm kinda scared to sign up for this one. If you click the privacy policy, I get that the certificate belongs to another website and that this may be a way to get my personal info or something like that! If you click the "go to website" from there it's an error mssg.

Sorry but this is not legit...the tip off is the privacy policy, and the fact it is another web site, and a long personal survey...sorry ladies
