It seems to vary depending on your answers and demographics, kind of like BzzAgent.:)

yeah, after a while, when they have reworded the question 500 times, I just start checking the same answer all the way down the line. I want to do it right, but my gosh, how many times can you ask the same question!!!???:rolleyes:

I think it because they want to know if you would be willing to try a product and then give them an opinion, they do not want to send out a product to someone and then get a reply back that they didn't want it, didn't ask for it, or was unwilling to try it, then from those who want to do it they select groups from different age groups I would think.

the silly question is the one you don't make !! you will receive your check in the mail days or weeks after doing the survey but, remember there are some surveys they don't pay, they say those are only to know more about your household.:)

I got the same offer, but it doesn't mean that we will get it, I do surveys at another site and they always ask first if you would be willing to test XYZ, because they really do not want to send out a sample for testing to someone who isn't interested in the product or doesn't have the time to do the survey. Sorry to take so long to answer your question, I just deleted a spammer and saw your question.

You will not get rich doing these surveys, also, you do not have to do any of the surveys if you don't want to. I've been lucky, I've had 2 surveys in the past week.

You have nothing to loose from joining. The nice thing about them is when you get the survey, you already know you have qualified. Plus they pay right away. Have fun with it!

This actually is one of the better survey sites. Like sugarlamb said, when they send you an actual survey you are guaranteed to get the 3 dollars because you qualified for it. However, they have been sending alot of question surveys (that you don't get paid for), but I think by taking them you may qualify for more paying ones. Give it a chance- I like it. You may even get a free item to test from them too.

I have been asked that at least 6 or 7 times and I only received something once (and it was thawed out so I had to throw it away :( , as stated in one of my earlier posts). I guess if we do get something it will just make it that much better because it will be a surprise.

oh ....another question.......i never did the review of the product cause i was very sick and well, you know, i emailed karen and let her know that the evaluation period ended without me doing the report and she sait thanks for letting her know and that is was ok.......will i get in trouble like they will not send me anymore surveys or products ?? :confused:

I think it should be ok, since you emailed her about it and explained the situation. I really think it is the product manufacturer who decides who gets to try the products. If not, I think I would/should have been on the top of the list for another product because the one time they sent me something the product arrived ruined and I wasn't able to use it. I emailed her about it and she apologized, but couldn't send me another one. I think we just have to fit the "ideal" profile for what the manufacturer is looking for from our demographics and how we answer the survey. (This is just my opinion, I don't know for sure how they do it).

If I was you, I would definitely do all the household surveys they send you (the ones they don't pay you for) to keep your chances for paying surveys good. I do every one that they send me and I am getting surveys very regularly.

If not, I think I would/should have been on the top of the list for another product because the one time they sent me something the product arrived ruined and I wasn't able to use it. I emailed her about it and she apologized, but couldn't send me another one. I think we just have to fit the "ideal" profile for what the manufacturer is looking for from our demographics and how we answer the survey. (This is just my opinion, I don't know for sure how they do it).

If I was you, I would definitely do all the household surveys they send you (the ones they don't pay you for) to keep your chances for paying surveys good. I do every one that they send me and I am getting surveys very regularly.

I don't think you gave them enough time, they do not confirm your email, but will let you know if you have been selected, of course all survey sites pick and choose, that is what they do, they pick people according to the answers you provide in the questionaire they send. You need to go in and read their rules and privacy policy. Finally, you are not going to make a living doing surveys, so be patient.

It took a little while for me to receive my first email from them after I signed up, but it will happen! It may have taken a week or longer for me to receive my member id and password from them.

Gunter I don't think your link words here that you posted. If you found it through a banner thats why. Only a referral will work for others when it is sent. The reason is it is against Pincone rules to post links to their bannners. Just a heads up.. If you get accepted they are real sticklers about privacy rules for the site. It is also against the rules to discuss projects you are doing or the surveys you took.

The first time I was pretty upset, because I liked the product and I felt that they should have told me ahead of time that I may have to send it back. This second time, I was prepared for it and didn't care as much, of course I wasn't crazy about this product either, so that makes a difference. Thought I would let others know this, so they are not upset if it happens to them.

Yes, I have had this happen before too. I had tested one product where they asked for it back. However, I am testing a product now and have already taken the survey on it and there has so far been no mention of having to send it back. I like this product too so I don't mind if I get to keep it :)

Yes....I had to send one of the products that I tested back after the time alotted. They gave me 2 weeks to try it! It didn't make sense to me, because it was almost used up-but, it was a trial run etc. so I guess they didn't want the container floating around before it hit the shelves! They paid for return shipping, and all the packaging.....I was paid before AND after for that one! I haven't seen it out yet, but know I WILL be buying it!

Not long. It says a person's name as who it is from but the title always says Pinecone. I would always get them at the end of the day with what went in my junk folder.

Awesome!! Thanks for the responses ladies! I'm going to have to get changed over to my Pay Pal account from checks... so that I don't have to hassel with getting to the bank b/c sometimes I set the checks aside and forget about them for a week or so. Pay pal sounds much more convenient, being able to get the money the very next day and being able to transfer it over to your bank account right then from your computer.
