This is an awesome DVD!! I do all the exercises which altogether run about an hour or so and it is really a great work out! Good not only for arthritis patients, but for new mommies as well and anyone who wants a light exercise regimen. I had a hyst*****omy last summer and now I have the dreaded "pooch". It is helping alot.:)

I got this for my mother and it is a really nice video! Good exercises and it actually allows for gradual build up to a more difficult routine!
