I love eggnog, but rarely have any because of all the fat and calories. I found a suitable replacement though! And it is delicious!

Oh no not only that.....I never drink milk, but I do take my supplements.:)

The only time I drink milk is when I'm preggers!!! I CRAVEEEEEd milk with all three if my kids!!! Thats the only time I drink it and dont even ask me if I want eggnog DISGUSTING!!!!:D :D
