I sent for Sioux-Z's sample through their website in August. It arrived within a month (pretty quickly in sample land here, except for Walmart samples!)--I remember a stamped padded envelope--not postage metered. It was a sample in a sealed clear pouch with a full ingredient declaration and suggestions for use sticker on the pouch. The sample was of sufficient size to marinate a small roast--pretty generous sample.

I called and talked to them. This was an offer for health care providers only. The guy I spoke to had to put me on hold because he didn't know about it and thought it was from over a year ago. I had already told him that I do home health care at this point so he told me that corporate was handling that promotion which was why he hadn't known about it.
