Thanks! My sister used to work at one of these while she was in culinary school. If you haven't tried them, the cookies are really sweet and very firm in texture. I don't remember what the flavors are, but the darker cookie was less sweet (not chocolate). The good thing is that they keep for weeks in the fridge(that's how they store them in the shops), just don't freeze them or the icing will get messed up :)

Darn this is about 30-45 min away..

They are extremely pricey though. They charge $30 for a 13" cookie cake! Not too long ago, I bid on a Junior Achievement auction. The description was misleading, and I thought I was going to get a cookie bouquet for my winning bid of $20. Unfortunately, it was for a 13" cookie cake. I was upset about paying $20 for a giant cookie, but it was good, at least. Here's the one I ended up getting:
