Called their toll free #, 1-800-628-1804, but it was after hours and received msg to push (1) to be connect w/sales associate's cell phone or leave a msg and they would return call. Left msg to return call as to why they didn't send out sample requested.

I got mine today as well. I must have read the website wrong because I thought they would send greeting cards to sample but they are really more of a business mass-mailing type cards. I did get Hammond cards as well and those are VERY nice!!
