At the end of summer my cat had a liter of kittens and Oh my goodness, we ended up with fleas on all of them that them spread to our dogs. What a nightmare! This will come in handy. Hope it comes.

Sorry to hear that. I've been there myself. While you're waiting for the sample, I tried to alleviate your delima. I use 20 Mule Team Borax on my carpets. That doesn't let them breed and is safe for pets. I bathe my animals with dandruff shampoo mixed with essential oils (either cedar, sandlewood, citronella, peppermint). It's good for their coat and fleas don't like the smell. I mixed some essential oils with baby oil and put in on the underside of their collars or use a bandana round their neck. Some people also swear by putting a dish of water with dish soap in it and placing it on the floor at night with a bright light near it. Somehow it draws the fleas into the water. But my sister will swear by BioSpot from Dr Foster & Smith. Go figure. Hope this helps.

You have to make yourself less sweet. LOL It reminded me to tell you to give your animals Brewer's Yeast tablets and garlic oil capsules. You can take them yourself. Fleas like sweet things. :D And cutting up the flea collar is a great idea.

Just sent in for this. Wrote that if they sent me enough sample for a tiny dog and a large dog and it worked that I would definitely buy the product!! (If it's cheaper than frontline!)

My landlord swears by boric acid for fleas and roaches.
