Be sure to click I want a limited edition t shirt box so you can fill in your address

I clicked " Declare your Allegiance" and that worked. The next page will ask you to click "pledge."

Thanks for letting me know that I wasn't going completely crazy!!!!!!!! BTW - in my original post I had the step by step instructions to guide you to the free t-shirt page. It is kind of confusing to get to it.

It still shows up for me.

Click "Declare Your Allegiance" then "Pledge and Get a free t-shirt" and on the page with a pic of the shirt, click a button that says the same thing. On the form you fill out, make sure to check the box that says "I want a limited edition t-shirt"

Nope it's over. They have this message: The free t-shirt offer is over, but you can still submit your ideas to the Fraternal Oath.
