I have PMd each of you with the address of where you will send the train once you receive it. I will get the train ready and have it in the mail in the next day or so. I will post once it leaves!

The Guidelines:

Take only what coupons you need.
Replace what coupons you take.
Try to include coupons that everyone will appreciate.
No coupons with expiration dates within 5 days.
Replace expired coupons if you can.
Mail the envelope to the next rider on the list within 3 days.
If you cannot continue, please let the conductor of your train know so that the train can be continued.
Please provide enough postage so as not to delay the train.

Thanks Sassyjan........I received the coupon train today. I will be using a few of them tomorrow at the store. I will go through my coupons tonight....I have to cut a few out of sundays paper too. I will post as soon as I mail off the coupon train to MIstyloo. I think that just a few of the coupons I will be adding will be duplicates. I do not mind paying the postage. If anyone disagrees....let me know. Something that I may not want........another rider may want several of.

Yippee! Thank you for posting that you received it, please remember to post once you mail it. I don't have a problem with duplicate coupons. I think it should only be a concern if there were a ton of the same coupon. Hope you find some to use tomorrow.

Okay I've been through the train and there are lots of great coupons there. I took about 15 for myself. I will add ones after I clip more from the paper tomorrow. It will be mailed on Monday. My only concern is that I pulled out 180 coupons that were expired. If we want to make this work and be cost effective, we all need to be diligent about taking out expired coupons. I will post once it is mailed

I know when i recieved it most of them expire within about 15 days or so. I replaced as many as i could. but there were WAY too many for me to replace alone. but I tried to get rid of as many bad ones as i could

You certainly don't need to replace expired or soon to expire coupons. It really adds no value to keep them in the train except to add postage. The only thing we ask is that you try to replace ones you take for yourself. This is supposed to be fun and hopefully helpful to all. We are almost on to round 2. It was definetly nice to see the different coupons. Hopefully you found a bunch for yourself.

Yeah just take out any expired or any that will expire in like 5 days. Take what you want for yourself and contribute what you can. I was very impressed with the first round and I think that it will keep getting better as it goes around.

Remember, it does not bother if the coupons are not in any categories, but please make sure to pull out expired or soon to expire coupons before you mail it. No sense in paying to mail expired coupons. I just ask that you post on the thread when you get the envelope and when you mail it off. We've had a very smooth running train for the most part. It has been a joy to ride with you ladies!

I got the train this afternoon. I'll go through it and hopefully find some coupons in the Sunday paper, but I doubt it. Guess it will get mailed on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday ... :D

Sorry for the delay. My 8 month old was in the hospital for 4 days. (she is better now). I will be the train out first thing in the AM, I promise. again I am really sorry .:(

It has been great, hasn't it? I have saved so much money since riding our train. I was at Wal-Mart last night for our monthly health & beauty aides trip and I saved $22.00 on a few things!! That will pay for 1/2 tank of gas! Thanks so much everyone. :)

I got the train yesterday afternoon. I was on vacation in VA and got back Monday night. Went to my post office yesterday afternoon and got all my mail. I'll be going through in and adding coupons from Sunday's paper. Hopefully there will be good ones!
