Hello everyone,
I am one of those dummies :p when it comes to the computer, I learn different things everyday...lol...anyway recently I am having trouble with my printer. I go to print something and it tells me that I need to turn my printer on (which it is) and to check my connection (which I have done three different times) when I go into my contol panel and click on my printer icon I keep getting a error message that rundll32 has caused a error and if this cont. to restart my compter (which I also have done more then once). I went into my add and remove programs and removed the program for the printer and started over like I was setting it up for the first time and still get the same messages.....I NEED HELP.. .I have no idea what else to do any suggestion out there..................

It sounds like your dll file might be corrupted. Try going to the manufactures website and see if there is an update dll file for your make and model of printer. If not, then you will need to uninstall it and reinstall it using the software that came with it.

Hope this helps.

I can not figure it out at all........... I am ready to toss my printer out the window.... I even purchased a different printer and downloaded that but I still have the same problem, I just have no idea what is wrong. I work on it at least 2 -3 hours a day. I ready to give up

What type of printer do you have? What year was it made? What type of connection do you use? Is it a USB or the screw in type? I will try to help you the best way I can!

It is so hard to help people with computer problems when you are not there and can't see what's going on. I'm sorry this is happening to you, and I can understand your frustration. When I have a computer problem, I Google it to see if others have had the same problem, and what they did to fix it. I Googled your problem and came up with this:

Hope it helps! If not, let us know and we'll try something else.
