This is a site that really benefits others. Go to thehungersite.com and click on the box and the advertisers on the site give 1.1 cups of food to the hungry for every click. There are links on it for the rainforest site, the breast cancer site, the child health site, the literacy site, the animal rescue site and the veterans site too. Each of these benefits that charity each time you click on it as well. I try to click all of these whenever I remember and it only takes a minute to do. It's an easy way to do something good for others.

I've clicked on every one of those tabs every day for years now! And when I worked outside the home, I did it on my work computers, too! ;)

Yes, please people, while you're surfing....if you have just a second, click on this and others. They are a great way to help a cause or two (I do them all) with just a click. I got started by helping animals, they donate 1/16th of a bowl of food (or something like that) with just a ckick everyday! GO THERE! Do a good thing!

I click on these every day. I usually start my day by getting my coffee, checkin my email and then click on these sight and my start sampling sight. As stated, it does take only a minute..actually less than a minute with the page it brings up with the link to each sight, but it will help many.

I would like to remind people to be sure to visit this site it's very interesting. Be sure to sign up with each of the sites. you get a free bracelet and I believe it also gets each site extra food etc..

Another way to contribute to these companies is by purchasing from their online store. I bought two T-shirts for myself: one had the message of the Hunger Site with it's website on the back. The other one was from the Animal Rescue site that said "Save a Stray" and their website on back. I also got my sister-in-law a shirt from that site that says "One Cat Just Leads to Another" (they have 4 cats). I think it will make a good gift for her especially because it helps stray animals from the purchase. In total these three items donated 25 cups of food for the hungry and 28 bowls of pet food for animals. Next time you need a gift for someone, check out their online store. There are alot of unique items and not all of them advertise their sites either. By the way, you can combine items in your cart from the different sites and they arrive really quickly by DSL.

I was just at the hunger site and ordered 3 wooden umbrella shaped tops for kids' Christmas presents. For the $11.80 I spent on them (3 presents out of way!), I will get the tops, and others will get 76.1 Cups of food! So, if you are shopping for Christmas, you might find a unique gift and help out someone in need at the same time!

This is also kind of a bump in case you wanted to click a day, and forgot or something!
Thats great! and not a bad price for umbrellas!

This thread is on a "sticky" but this is a nice reminder for all of us to do, click once and someone gets fed. thanks for the reminder!

Just a "heads up" - Now thru Sunday, you can get a dove of peace pin free with any order at select Greater Good Network sites. Would be nice to get a freebie while getting something cool for the Valentine in your life.

I'm pretty sure the Hunger Site would be one of the ones to get it at. I got one for signing up (that's still available, too if anyone isn't signed up yet and wants one) and it is really nice. Came in a powder blue velvet jewelry bag - that is awesome, too. I posted a scan of it a long time ago on the old "what freebies did you get in the mail" thread if anyone wants to see what they look like.

I have been clicking for years on this site and lately they have had challenges for clickers to meet. The literacy site and the breast cancer site currently have a chellenge. If they are met, a sponser will double the donation. The lit site is 78% of it goal (to be met by the end of the 16th of nov.). The breast cancer site is 31% of it goal (to be met by the end of the month) .

So please click.

They have now added another tab to click at this site. It is the "Veterans" tab. Every click funds meals for homeless and hungry veterans. That means there are now 7 tabs to click every time you go there. It doesn't take too long to do, so try to remember!

They have redone this site. There are 9 tabs you can click on. The newest one is Diabetes research and there is also one called 'GreaterGood'- if they get 100,000 clicks it will fund a specific project.
