I got the invite to Trackshack also, but I turned it down, I figured there are prob other people who would use it more than me, and the car purchasing survey was in there too, I really liked the look it sort of reminded me of a Range Rover, I love SUV's anyway and with the boys and baseball I need something big enough to haul them and their gear around, lol! It would be wonderful if they gave us those to really try,:D yeah I know I'm dreaming, lol, but hey dreaming never hurt anyone!

Carol, I say you should move in with me on the East coast. We'll spend less time buzzing with reports and more time buzzing with margaritas. That way you will quickly drop to tier 1, get more invites, and party all at the same time! When they ask if you buzzed you can honestly answer yes every time!!

I got an invite to the Scrubbing Bubbles and gladly accepted. We already use it and I love it! You still need elbow grease once n a while, but it helps the daily muck.

I also got the music one and declined.

Any idea where that car survey is going to lead? I will try a free car and Bzz about it!! PICK ME PICK ME!!!

Personally, I think the car one is a new thing they are doing. They gave 30 points for completing it. I think they agreed to survey us and give the results to Ford. I don't think it will be any type of campaign. I'll bet we'll see more similar types of surveys in the future (longer to complete, but give 30 points)

I just wrote to Bzzagent for the second time after checking the gift section again, (nothing there!) then I read their code of conduct and find they are not living up to their own rules, so this is what I sent to them today, if and when I get an answer I will post it.

Thanks for your email. We do appreciate your concern, and we understand your frustration with the system. We are aware that the rewards system has been in disarray for quite some time. The way the current process is set up it does not work out for any of our BzzAgents nor does it work for us as a business. We are currently working very hard to finish up re-crafting the system and hope to have a new rewards process in place in the near future.

Until that point, however, we are working hard to post new rewards to the current system. Even as we work to keep up with the old system, though, it continues to prove that is an ineffective model for us to use. Unfortunately, we must keep the current system in place until we are ready to launch our re-vamped model. It seems that as much as we try to keep up with the demand for rewards, the old system seems to further prove its wide range of issues.

We certainly apologize if you seem to feel that we have not been honest in any way during this process. We appreciate all of the effort you have put in to BzzAgent since you joined last May, as you have been very active and energetic with all the programs you have joined. We know that it can be hard to see from your perspective as a BzzAgent, but great strides are being made on the rewards process. And while we at the Hive see these strides being taken every day, from the perspective of a BzzAgent such as yourself the change of the rewards issue will happen overnight. We want to let you know as much as we are able about this process, however at the same time we do not want to promise something that might in the end not work out for us, or be feasible in any way for us to incorporate into the new system.

We know that these messages can cause feelings of us smoothing the process over and preaching patience, but we are just as anxious, if not more so, to launch a new rewards system as all of our faithful BzzAgents. We know that we made a promise to you that you would be able to redeem your points for rewards, and at this time it can be a difficult thing to do. We are motivated to unveil our new system so that we can fulfill this promise. So, we do urge you to just be as patient as possible, and we will have a new and vastly improved system that will allow you to redeem these points for a wide variety of rewards.

I am a member of Buzzagent and have been for about a year. When I first joined they had lots of prizes, but now since I have enough points to actually get something...there's nothing there.

Now this really sucks!:mad: I just checked the prizes on my campaigns and the water bottle was there, but only for the TrackShack campaign. So I tried to order it and this is the message I got:

We're sorry, but you either do not have enough BzzPoints to claim this reward or have not had a BzzReport approved for this campaign. You cannot claim a BzzReward for a Campaign unless you have enrolled in a BzzCampaign and the Central Hive has received and reviewed your first report for that campaign.

I just joined the campaign!! I don't even have any of the materials! And even if I turned in a report right now, it has been taking them about a week to approve them! By then it will be gone!:rolleyes:

It usually takes 2-3 weeks. You can do reports before you get your kit. I was so excited about one of them that I did a report before I got the kit. You can buzz about what you have read about the campaign and about Bzzagent in general. I got 5 point for that first report! Good Luck!;)

Hi Carol,

Thanks for your email. We are terribly sorry about that. We try to invite you to campaigns that we think would be a good fit, but sometimes we make mistakes. However, contrary to popular belief, campaign invitations are not based upon your Tier Level at all. While there are perks for being in higher Tiers, such as Golden Keys and Early Invitations, getting invited to more campaigns is not one of them. Based upon your demographics and survey answers we try to invite you to the right campaigns, but unfortunately not every BzzAgent qualifies for every single campaign. So, while some of the more recent campaigns might not have matched up quite right with you, we are sure you will receive a new one shortly!

Our Ranking and Tiering system is actually being changed completely in the next few weeks as well, so keep your eyes open for those changes!

OK, so I went into the site and looked at the rules, etc, and now I find the following which I have just sent off to him, wonder what he will say this time.

It clearly says upgrades include being invited to campaigns before Agents in lower tiers......something you just told me does not exist! LIke I said, it is a bunch of BS you are handing me.

The higher your tier, the more exclusive upgrades you receive on top of the introductory Agent experience offered to Tier 1 Agents. Those upgrades include being invited to campaigns before Agents in lower tiers and the chance to join campaigns for which you'd normally not be eligible based on demographic parameters."

Thanks for your email. While we appreciate your concern, we assure you that being in a higher Tier does not guarantee you more campaigns. As the quote you referenced states, you do get more exclusive upgrades than lower Tiered agents, but we do not consider BzzCampaigns an upgrade. As the quote you included states you are eligible to be invited to campaigns earlier than lower tiers (your Early Invite perk) but you must still qualify for that campaign based upon your demographics and survey answers. If you do not qualify for a campaign, we will not be able to offer you an early invite. So while the campaign invitation comes earlier because of a Early Invite due to your higher Tier, the fact that you were invited does not have anything to do with your tier.

Golden Keys are also a perk of being in a higher Tier. These do allow you to get into campaigns regardless of your demographics and survey answers, but at this time you do not currently have one of those as you used it for the Mrs. Dash campaign. When you do have an available Golden Key we will invite you to use this for campaigns that you might be interested for but did not qualify for.

So again, being in a higher tier does give you the perks of getting into campaigns that you qualify for earlier than other BzzAgents as well as giving you Golden Keys for which you can get into campaigns that you normally wouldn't be invited to. However, as being in a higher tier does not in anyway change the demographics of your life or your survey answers it will not change the campaign invitations that we are able to extend to you.

Sorry Carol! Sounds like they aren't being very upfront with you! I liked the email you sent them, but they really seem reluctant to take charge and correct it!

I am a Tier 3 also, and I think we both live on the West Coast - I've noticed that the East Coast gets more invites (probably because they are located on the East Coast), but they should be a little more fair with this.

I've still got invites to the Trachshack - no interest in that one at all, and the phone one - I don't have the money available to participate in that one - wish I did. I have turned them down a handfull of times, but they still show up.

My husband is on tier 1 (he isn't good about reports), and he hasn't gotten any other invites either (just the two that won't go away!).

I wrote to them twice, suggesting that they get some product from the companies to be used for rewards - I would gladly use some of my points to purchase more "free" coupons for campaigns, or actual products that we are bzzing about, even if I'm not in the campaign myself! To me, that would be a win-win for the companies involved. They would get more people talking about them.

GRRRRRRR - well, hopefully they won't change the things that are going well - just the things that aren't!

Yep, def is messed up, my hubby ( Tier 1) got his first invite, the Chili's campaign, and I (Tier 2) had Chili's too, weird huh, I am in the Scrubbing Bubbles campaign, but I've also turned down Trackshack several times and it still won't go away. I have never used my points for any rewards and I guess I am going to do the donations before I lose them as I am coming up on a year soon. I keep checking to see if it will open up but I have a feeling they only wanted a small number of that campaigns in the midwest. I am tier 3 and I have 0 campaigns, I just checked and see nothing offered to me, I guess my emails put me on the back burner, lol that sucks!

I have over 1,000 points right now, I have never seen a prize other than donations, which I have donated all prior points to, I would like to get a prize too, but there program is so flaky and in need of a major overhaul which they have been promising for years! Ok I have vented, shame on me!

Susan-what they like in a report is a lot of details. They especially like when you quote other people that you have buzzed. There are lots of helpful hints on writing the reports at the site itself also;)

Are you on the east coast or west coast? I've noticed that a lot of the campaigns are location specific.

Yeah, I am a tier 3, NO Campaigns! a Quality Score of 30.4, Participation Score of 168...........and no prizes to choose from. How can that be fair when lower tiers of 1 & 2 are getting campaign offers?? I also do there stinkin Frog Pond BS!

i joined a campaign one time that i really hated and called them and told them i was not going to bzz cause i have nothing positive to say about it and they told me it was ok, they only want honest bzz and if you don't like it well there is nothing you can do about it, but call them and tell them what is going on, sometimes if you really hate the campaign they will take you out of it and you will have no trouble for it
