I got this invite also. When I did Carbonite in the Frog Pond, the site would not load properly. I kept looking at a purple screen. I am not sure I am comfortable enough to try it!

I got the Carbonite one as well but am going to pass on it. We use usb flash drives to back up everything on our computer. They are pretty inexpensive and we can pull up all our stuff on any computer we use. Comes in really handy when we travel up to NJ to see my family...we can show my family all our pics of the boys and they can choose which ones they want loaded onto their computers or a cd.

I turned this one down, It doesn't interest me and it is only for 3 months trial. You do not have to commit to this campaign, you will be offered other campaigns, so don't feel bad about passing this one up.

Carol is right - I also passed on this one. . . as GeorgiaMom said, you can store info pretty cheaply on USB drives and external drives (I personally use both, one for the entire computer, the other for the "fun" files on the computer . . . pics, etc.)

Turning a campaign down does not harm your Agent status. You just have to be willing to wait for the next campaign to come along.

One of the main reasons I turned it down was that I don't want to upload my files to a site and then not use the service later. I'm certain I won't keep it.

Like I said, may not be the case for all...It may be a great program ....but don't put it on if you don't have much memory. I only have 256 right now and it slowed mine down from let's say an 8 to a 2 on a scale of 1-10. I had to take it off:( When I did I was right back up to an 8 again!

I think you will be just fine. They would rather you be honest about how you feel. I had to do that in the past and they were more than understanding.

AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY GIVE 30 POINTS FOR REPORT, BUT THE QUALITY CREDITS ARE BASED ON THE QUALITY OF YOUR REPORT AND IT CAN BE UP TO FIVE CREDITS IF IT'S A VERY GOOD REPORT 3 FOR AVERAGE AND LESS CREDITS FOR LESS Q. REPS. :)

I have always received the 30 participation points, and most of mine get the standard 3 quality credits. I sometimes get lucky and get one with 5 quality credits, buty they are few and far between, regardless of how detailed I make them! I don't think they are very consistent in that area, or I'm doing my reports wrong!!

Yes to the question above that yes they are located in boston like 10-20 miles away from me but I think they ship out of North Andover which is about 30 miles north of boston... But honestly this is the fastest that I have ever recieved a campaign. They usually take like 3 weeks. Maybe they wanted people to have them for the holidays or something like that. I am glad to have mine though :)

I think I have to get my average up to 25 - I'm sitting at 24.5. Each time you join a campaign, you have to do enough to catch up. I think I usually do about 10 reports per campaign. I bzz a lot more than that, but only remember to document some of them. :)

Watch out for your clothing also!! I have gone around many times not realizing that I had little white splatters all over me:rolleyes: I literally lean down into the sink now when I use it. It does do a great job though and is very good for people with gingival problems!!!

Mine is really icky and old - doesn't hold it's charge as long, and I was noticing that the replacement heads for it are about $12/ea compared to the new ones that are $10/ea without using a coupon. . . silly thing to consider, but I think I've had mine for about 6-7 years, so those bucks add up!

I know what you mean--I was hoping to get a new one last month when I got my braces put on. My son got one free from our orthodontist last year, but when I got mine they had switched to O ral B Vitality. I don't like it as much.

Oh I'm sorry, I forgot about the Grey Poupon campaign!! That is 4 of them, I turned down the second campaign for TV guide, and the gum one....and it depends on what you told them when you signed up...but heck I am not complaining, I am happy with the 4 that I have had.

I've been with them 7 months, and had 7 campaigns - a lot of it has to do with where you live. Take a look at the bzzMap when you get a chance, and you can see why some people have so many, and some of us don't have them :) They need to start recruiting companies in the mid and western us!

FYI - for those of you with the SONICARE UV SANITIZER and the OLD toothbrushes:

I called BzzAgent and spoke to one of the agents in charge of the campaign, and he said as of now, there was nothing going on to see about giving those of us with old toothbrushes that aren't compatible a break on a newer brush.

I then called the 800 number on the bottom of the sanitizer box, and spoke to a nice lady there that said that even though it is not listed on the box, the A-Series brush heads WILL fit and work in the sanitizer!

So - lessen to self - don't worry so much . . . next time you are asked by bzzAgent if you use a battery toothbrush the answer is NO!!, and have patience! Don't go running to ebay/craigslist to see if you can get a good deal on the brush in the "other campaign". . . lol

SO . . . I brought my old A-series brush out, opened the sanitizer, popped the head in and held my breath . . GUESS WHAT??? It really DOES work!! Yeah - Silly Sonicare - you should have included the A-series on the packaging!!!!!!

I have only been an agent since July 2007. I have done TV guide,Listerine,CVS photobook, and Sonicare. I was offered the FlyFusion and like an idiot I turned it down...lesson learned. I also turned down Afrin (but they wanted me to use a golden key for it)I agree it seems that some of us never get a chance on some of them due to where we live, I think the only campaigns in TX I haven't been in on are Grey poupon and Mrs. Dash...and I would have loved them, use the products already so maybe that is why I didn't get in.
