Are there any Skype users out there?

Does anybody here use skype? If so can you tell me a little bit about it? What exactly it is how you use and what does it cost? It looks very interesting to me but don't really know a whole lot about it. Any info would be appreciated Thanks!

I just looked Skype up, never heard of it, but now I know, lol, anyways it is an internet phone service that costs $29.95 a year and you can call anywhere... there is also a sign up which includes 5 free calling minutes, here is the web site for you to check out.

I see this on ebay all the time have done a little reading and will be checking it out more.It sounds interesting. I like the fact that you can make yourself available for ebayers to get answers to there questions instantly. Thats why I'm so curious to whos using it. I'm not real good with new technology. I still think a blackberry is something I use to make a pie with. LOL! :D

Skype is the cheapest way of communication......They charge something $30 something for a year......You can make unlimited calls from PC to PC(which is free) or PC to landline, chat, send sms etc......They also have some landline plans, dont know exactly how much they charge for this.......
Till 31st Dec'06 their services were free for both PC and landline.........
