This is my baby, Mattie. She is almost two years old now I think, and weighs in at about 150lbs. I love her to death and wish I could have her with me at school. I also have a beta named King Taco who keeps me company while I am away from home

One cat, rescued as a stray when she was a tiny kitten about four weeks old. She is now almost 7 years old. Her name is Weezer.
One Dachshund named Missy. She will be 4 this year. She is a true girly-girl ! Loves men,my son especially.
And my little trouble maker, Rowdy. He is also a Dachshund, and will be 2 years old on 9-11. He lives up to his name. But he is my shadow.

My husband and I have two pets, both of whom were originally owned by our oldest daughter. When she left home, she wanted to take the dog with her. His name is Jackson. The vet discouraged her, stating Jackson would not be happy in an apartment. Her then roommate, bought her a cat which she kept for a few months until she got tired of him. Now he lives with us. His name is Cosmo. We are both animal lovers, especially me. I will try to import pictures of both pets.

We have a 9 year old cat, Furball. My husband got her from his co-worker who couldn't keep her, so she came with that name, we didn't name her. She only weighs 6 pounds and is really well behaved.

I also have 2 grand-ferrets, as they are my son's. Ferrets are really fun animals to watch and play with. They are a bundle of energy.

Wow, I can't believe it was 2 years ago when I posted this- time flies!! Anyway, since I now have an avatar of Furball, I thought I would repost in this thread. She is 11 years old now and still a very good cat :).

We just had to put our much loved lab to sleep. He was almost 17 yrs ol and had severe arthritis and was having seizures and was starting to sleep al day. The night before we had to bring him in he came in and laided on the foot of the bed and slept there. This has not happened since we moved to this house. Over a year and a half ago. He slept all the time and was in pain alot. We think we did the right thing and helped him move on. We will not be getting a new dog for awhile unless we happen to be blessed w/ another one the same way we got him. Given to us because the owners were going to put him down because they were moving and did not want him any longer. We had him for ove 11 years. Those were very good years. He grew up w/ our youngest son who is now 12.

Thank you for letting me tell you about him. He will be much missed.
:(

Now we have lost my little girl.Peepers our mallard hen.She was 3 years old and went to her bad and never woke up in the morning. She was my little alarm clock.Always had me up a minute or 2 before the actual alarm went of at 545 am. She waited til my husband got back home and our boys last day of school. It is very hurtful. But she is with her puppy dog Jake now. Thanks for listening.

I'm sorry to hear about the losses of your pets. It is a very difficult time. The pain will fade but you always will have your memories. Take Care. :o

Thank you.We have our other ducks that are in the back yard.Mama duck(cloud) has been siiting on her eggs for several days now and as of 830 am we have 8 baby ducklings. So that does help give us something in her place. But she was a indoor duck and as I said my little girl.Maybe one of these will adopt us.

Thnk you..

I have 3 labs, the momma, daddy and the runt from their first litter we named lady Miracle,we actually didn't think she'd live because her front paws weren't fully developed, when she tried to walk her paws would flip under,so I kept massaging her paws daily and when we took her in at 1 week the vet said she'd be fine.and than there's my beagle who runs the house she can be a real beatch!!
