Folks, I have found a cleaner that actually does what it claims! My spring/fall cleaning habits included scrubbing down the shower/tub tiles, including the tub/shower doors. (We are "shower" people here) Nasty job! Even with my Black & Decker S c u m Buster toy, it was still a job I put off till last. Being basically a lazy person, I am always looking for an easier way out! Before buying this product, I asked the mgr. of the store if it didn't do as claimed, could I return it for a full refund? After being assured I would receive one, I took it home. Just try to pry this product from my fist!
The 1st thing I noticed is a little picture of a lemon & the words "lemon scent". "Yeah rite!" I thought, knowing full well what the original Tilex® for grout smells like (now there's a window opener!). I sprayed the tiles & waited several minutes. Hmmm smells like lemons! In fact no chemical smell at all!
Turning on the shower, I sprayed down the tiles. Wow....no scrubbing!
Then came the true test of this product the clear (or they once were) shower/tub doors. Spritz, spritz, wait. I was still skeptical. But as I stood there & waited, the doors cleared & I could see the shining tiles on the back wall!!! & that true lemon scent lasts for about half an hour after your done.
Do yourself a favor, it works, buy it! Apx. $4 found in the cleaning products section in your favorite store.

Thanks--now that I know that the scent is good, I may give it another try. I've used the regular Tilex --and though it does work--I feel like I've fried my whole respiratory system afterwards, even with the window open. I used to try to hold my breath, clean a little, and then run out for air...

Be careful and dont sit your Tilex container down on countertops if it has leaked down the sides and on the bottom--it will bleach the color out. My gray kitchen countertop has white spots on it!!! I find Tilex is too strong and will burn skin, ruin clothes, burn lungs etc

The cleaner I have fallen in love with to clean my fiberglass shower/tub is Comet spray. It isnt so strong you have to wear gloves and the smell wont eat your lungs out!! and it works great!

This stuff really is the bomb! I remember when I was a kid doing chores and spending literally hours trying to scrub the soap scum off the sides of the tub. Never again! Tilex is amazing.

Also, related to what Leezme said... if you use the Tilex Mold & Mildew remover, be very careful not to spill it on your clothing, because it will bleach the color out. I have not run into this problem with the Soap Skum Remover, though.

This works awesome for cleaning outside resin furniture. Our chair are white and they get too looking pretty funky after a while. I spray them down with Tilex and let it sit for a few minutes, then hose them off. Bright white again.
