Coupon Trains: by region??

I was just reading the posts about the coupon trains! What a cool idea - Just a thought, are they by region? If not, that might help with the timing a bit.

I would be interested in helping on on for the Pacific/Western US (maybe WA, OR, CA, ID) as I know mail takes 2-3 days in this region), just don't know how many other people are near me.

We decided not to limit the train by region so that we could get a greater variety of coupons. However, if you'd like to start a regional coupon train, please feel free to do so. :)
