When I put my info in on this one and click submit it just takes me back to the same screen. It does not say anything about it being on its way... or will arrive around...I dont know if my info is going through or not???

I thought that to but when I sat there looking at it across the top it said something about my info being received ( I don't remember exactly what). This could be one of those duds that never arrive.
