That was a Bausch and Lomb one and I got mine. It really came in handy! I'll see if I can find the link, if so I will post it again so maybe you can get it this time.

I finally got mine a few days ago, but I had to email them to get it. They responded to the email with several good coupons and said my sample would arrive soon. Then I got the sample the other day with another coupon. The sample is a good size, like the travel size bottles.
