I managed an ice cream shop for 5 years we had white and some tan outside furniture. I'm not sure you will ever get them completely stain free. I have tried everything and found the clorox clean up or walmart spray with bleach cleaner a good scrub brush. I use a bucket of hot water just because I think its works better after scrubbing I let them soak a few minutes hit them again with the scrub brush and hose them down.
We did this once a week. Every morning the tables and chairs were washed down with just dawn dish soap and a clean rag. This was done again after lunch and again at night.
It was in town and it was amazing how dusty they would be by the next morning.
Rain puddles would gather on one of the tables(we were closed on sunday so the water would lay) I nevar did find anything that would remove that from one table it was a tan oblong table My customers new the tables were washed regulary so no one ever said anything about that stain.
Good luck ! I hope you have better luck than I did.
