I used mine the other day. Good thing I wasn't secret shopping there. Bad, bad, bad service. I think they had trouble ringing it up too, but I was in the drive-thru. All I know is I waited for over 5 minutes just for my total after I ordered. I won't even go into the rest of it:eek:

I have to agree with you. It took them FOREVER to figure out what to do about the coupon. The manager even called someone and they didn't know what to do. I told them several times to forget about it, I'd order something else (I was in a hurry), but they wouldn't listen to me. :(

I know--I was in a hurry too--went there so I would still have time to cut the grass before it got dark. Well guess what, I also got behind a Sunday driver on Saturday night, I didn't get to cut the grass--then it rained all day on Sunday!!:mad:
