I have this book , I highly recommend it. I never considered it a "religious" book. It just explains basically what "language" we love with. There are 5 basic ways. It helps explain why we don't feel loved by certain people and why certain people don't feel loved by us and how we can communicate love better if we know their laguage and they know ours. It is a must have!!!!
