I just used my free coupon the last time I went shopping, I still haven't tried them, but I do have 1 chilling right now, I hope this tastes better than the Ensure sample I had, I didn't care for that one at all, maybe just me because it was sure chocolatety (sp) in taste, maybe cause it had vitamins in it?? Maybe cause I am addicted to Pepsi!!!!!!

I got the vanilla (usually my favorite flavor) Atkins shakes free last week I got them good and cold thinking I was gonna love them.Oh my I couldn't drink it and neither could my daughter.We added a couple splenda packets it helped some. But I still have 3 cold cans in the fridge. I'm curious to how many people like them.

I got the chocolate tonight and have not tried it either. I stopped at several places tonight and could not find the Single Atkins bars. So, I have 2 coupons for free bars and no where to find them. lol I figured walmart would but at least not this one here. Anyone know where I can find them?

I found my Atkins bars at CVS Pharmacy but I heard Walgreens carries them too!

I guess I'm lucky our walmart carries these in the pharmacy area along with the glucerna products.And the real bonus is right now we still have a craft section. I have used it a lot lately I keep forgeting to ask to see if its planning to close.

Personally, I think the Atkins shakes are NASTY! I won't even drink them for free.

I got the free Atkins bar coupons in the mail a few weeks ago, and I had trouble finding the single bars as well. I finally found them at Target. Not impressed with them though.

well they had them at our walmart but they were not where you could buy a single bar. oh well. You know....I think we still have a craft section too. I am drinking one of the Glucerna shakes right now. They are not bad at all.

laf, my Walmart had the boxes of the bars too--just not the single ones. I tried at both the Supercenter AND the Neighborhood Market.

Sounds like a deal to me, I can make it a packaged deal for someone.....why do they make stuff like this and then charge an arm and a leg for it? lol

Worked for one of those weight loss product companies for a few years while they finished building a new $100 million plant that ended up closed three years later due to the Atkins craze hitting their sales hard and the plant having many start up problems. We kept a large upright display cooler stocked with all the flavors of the canned diet shakes on the large deck between the construction and office trailers while the plant was being built. The construction workers would some times drink three or four of the shakes with each lunch or break. Yikes, at around 300 calories each for those canned shakes, those guys and gals were putting on weight using the shakes as an addition to their meal instead of losing weight using the shakes as meal replacement.

Oh yeah, I can definitely see that happening! It's because those small shakes are not enough to fill you up, and they have an enormous amount of calories.
