We signed up, but have to ear the toothbrush, and Ive clicked the link for the toothpaste, and it doesnt do anything but open the same page again. :confused:

How do my children earn the kids character toothbrush when the log is complete?
Once your family completes the online log, we’ll send you an email notification that you have now qualified for your free toothbrush. Just follow the link provided in that email and complete the redemption form either online or print it and send in the mail. Your kids character toothbrush should arrive within eight to 12 weeks of your submission. Your family will receive one toothbrush per child who successfully completes the log.

Of course by now the email is gone, probubly went to junk folder! :confused:

I am trying to send away for way too many samples, How does anyone else track what they have requested?

By posting on the original thread. Then you can look in the User CP in the top menu bar here and find all of your posts. ;)

I write them down when I order and cross them off when they come in. I also put the dates. I don't write down Walmart samples though because they always come.;)

Since I never got the toothbrush I earned I emailed the company and they sent me a nice letter and lots of coupons including one for a free toothbrush. If you don't get yours I would email them.

My problem with it was this, once we earned the 45 points needed to redeem the toothbrush, it would not let me select it. Maybe the offer has started a new cycle or something, or maybe we needed to do it within a certain time frame, I don't know.:confused:

I just checked and you have to participate for 4 weeks to get enough points, then you get the toothbrush.

Ok, I see the confusion. We3kings emailed them to find out whats going on. It is still on their site so it should be good, but I think they could of made it easier to understand.
