I click on it and noting comes up about a FREE! poster it comes up at the top of the headliner but I don't see a form to fill out

Click under the poster picture where it says "Order this poster online", it goes to the next screen and then through an automated redirect, add it to your shopping cart, check the box, click order publications, fill out your shipping information, and click to submit the order. The poster is absolutely free, no shipping or handling charged.

Or, send them an e-mail with your name and address to the e-mail address provided in the original post. List the publications you want by name and do***ent number.

Or, call them toll free at the phone number listed in the original post and ask for the publications by the do***ent numbers listed in the original post.
