Hello everybody! My name is Jessica and I've been a start sampling member for at least 10 years. When I first joined, there were no forums or anything. Just a main page where they had a list off all the goodies they were giving away that day. They only had a certain amount so you had to be fast but they gave away the most wonderful treats. You'd receive the sample, tried it out, and then logged on and provided feedback. You earned points for your feedback which you could use to purchase prizes. I remember my goal was to get the big tv they were giving away but I never collected enough points. But the samples were enough of a reward for me so it was no big deal that I never got the big tv.
Then life got in the way and I didn't have time to log on to startsampling. Years went by and then maybe about 2 years ago, I remembered about my account so I logged on and I was still a registered member. Unfortunately, there were only a few samples which went fast. too fast for me to get any...
So here I am again and it's all so different! Forums? Wow....I haven't even had a chance to look at all the other changes but I did look for the samples.
Where are they? All I saw was a bunch of ads and no samples? Or I'd have to sign up with the company before I got a sample...that's not how it was before. Can you all explain to me, what am I supposed to do (not complaining just wondering if I was looking in the right area). Is there a sample area. I clicked on the sample link but was taken to a list of advertisments or are those the samples?????
It's so different here...still trying to figure it all out.
