Same thing here, I emailed them also and so far no reply! I won the Hellmann's IWG last Dec also, never got an email, so I emailed them, they finally got back to me some time later and told me what I won......I think they need to fix this problem!

I got a telephone call from one of the associates yesterday after writing to them about the 2 wins I had and no email to confirm it. She said I was not the only one this happened to, and that they will give me a $50.00 Grocery Store GC....that my second win was not suppose to come up....I told her that was not my fault, but there was no arguing with her, so I guess I was lucky to get atleast 1 win. She said the glitch should be fixed, but who knows if it is or not....just a heads up. Goodluck to you all. You can win this 5 times!!

I finally got an email back saying I won a 50 gc. I have not heard back on the second email I sent for the second win.
Thanks for the post Cpogie - I plan to followup by phone on the second win too. The rules should force them to comply for a second win, since they state only one win per day. We'll see what happens..

Goodluck, I tried to argue with the woman, but it was like talking to the wall. I also told her about the win/lose icon that it only displays for 10-15 seconds, she said that they had fixed the problems....so far the icon still displays for the same amount of time.

Here is the return email I got on Monday April 13, they called me on Friday April 17...

I received a winning message but no email. I contacted the company and was told the win was software mistake but they will send me a $50.00 gift card. I will not be able to win anymore gift cards during this contest.

I got the same BS from the company too, but they didn't tell me I couldn't win again. The rules say you can win daily. The site is still not working right, the little icon does not stay on the screen for more than a few seconds, I was told by them it was fixed!

Yes, I think they need a huge overhaul! I can just imagine how many people this is happening to.....and still they have problems. I think I am going to file a complaint with Best Foods, and tell them what is happening...I did complain to them first but didn't get a response from them, but I can find a phone number? maybe and call them and get some action that way.
I hope yours gets resolved soon!!

I complained and this is what they sent me. so if you add it up. mayo cost about 4.99 in the store and x 10 it is 50 dollars worth. so we will be stocked up for a while. I am sending some out to my mom and taking some to the shelter. Hey I know they like mayo on that hard bread that they are given. So just thought ya'll would like a update.
