I was not sure how this would work out, but I signed up both of my kids a few months ago. My daughter turned 4 about two weeks ago and a week before her birthday she received a birthday card and a gift card for $3.00. It's not much, but I was able to let her go and pick out one toy from the clearance section and she was extremely excited over getting her own mail.

My kids have been getting these for a years! It used to be just a coupon for a dollar off of something, but the last 2 years we've gotten the gift cards and mine love it!! Sometimes, they'll just use it towards their purchase with their own money!! They really enjoy these! It is a nice idea for young children!

I gave Toy's 'R Us my address to get baby catalogs years ago right after my daughter was born. To this day, they are still sending me those catalogs! You'd think they'd realize that babies grow up, LOL! I've called and told them to take me off of their mailing list, but they won't listen to me! Ah well!

Signed up for the Toys R Us birthday club for the toddler two years in a row at their booth at the Tucson baby fair, and received absolutely nothing to date. After reading your reports, I tried again directly at their website, but I'm not holding my breath after the two previous disappointments....
