If you were not completely satisfied with the StarKist SeaSations™ product, StarKist will reimburse you up to the amount of $6.99* for product purchased between 1/01/09- 12/31/09. Requests must be postmarked by 12/31/09.
*Actual refund check will be your StarKist SeaSations™ purchase amount up to a maximum refund of $6.99, not including sales tax and the amount of any coupon and/or discount received at the time of purchase.
To receive a refund, please complete the original Guarantee Redemption Form, including your reason for not being completely satisfied, and mail it to the address below along with the following items:
