hello ladies......

my friend is a diabetic and her b-day will be soon, i would like to make an awesome cake for her.....maybe something with ice cream, strawberries....something delicious but without all the sugar...help please !

how about if you use sugar free jello whip it with cool whip (they have sugar free but carbs are less with the regular) pour in to spring form pan and freeze. OR if you have a walmart they have a sugar free strawberry angel food cake it is really tasty maybe slice that into layers and fill with sugar free pudding whipped with creamcheese and berries. cover with cool whip and decorate with berries and edible flowers. (if you don't want to use cool whip use whipping cream and splenda to make whipped cream)

Check out the Pillsbury reduced sugar cake mixes..Chocolate, yellow and white. Go to Splenda.com they have lots of ideas..

I love to take a sugar free angel food cake and slice it into 3 layers.Then I take 8oz. s/f cool whip 1 box s/f vanilla instants pudding and crushed pineapples in its own juice.I mix it together and fill in the layers then chill. I love this. I'M sure other fruits would be just as good.
