I see they found a new host for the price is right. Drew carey will take over!! I think thats a great choice he's funny!!

I really like Drew Carey! I don't remember the last time I had time to watch The Price is Right though, or even if I would if I had the time! We used to watch that improve show he hosted and laughed the whole time it was on. I'm sure he will do well!

I love Drew Carey!! I can't wait to see the new version of the show!! Surely, they will be doing a few small changes with him as host!! I haven't watched in years and this might actually make it more modern for newer generations!! It should be interesting!!!

Every one is right he will never fill his shoes! But.. I think Drew will not try to do that. I think he'll fall right into his own character. I guess I'm bias hes a cleveland Browns fan!!

It's is going to be hard to fill Bob's shoes, I agree there. But I think that Drew Carey is great with people and he will do a good job. I just hope that they don't get rid of too many games, or make up new ones. A few is fine, but not all. I will watch and decide my opinion then.

Did anyone ever actually see a Price is Right taping? My sister, best friend, and I went years ago. To get in, you stand in line, and it's first-come, first-served. They interview everyone before they go into the studio to sit down. I guess that's how they decide who gets chosen for contestant row. Anyway, my sister's last name is America, so we thought for sure she'd get chosen. She didn't though, much to her disappointment. It was an interesting experience. The set is tiny! It looks much bigger on TV.

I never went to the price is right but I did go to see truth or consequences with bob Barker years ago, I was a kid then, lol I did go to let's make a deal with Monty Hall once with my cousins, 1 of my cousins was chosen to sit on the trading floor, so the old programs I try to catch on the game show network looking for when I was there, lol sure wish they had vcr tapes back then!

All of the nighttime game shows are like that (way over the top) though. I really don't think he'll be acting the same way on The Price is Right. He definitely won't be the same as Bob Barker, but I still have faith in him. :)

I think they could bring back Lets Make a Deal, just update it!...and did you know that Monty Hall never read from a Cue card? he did it all off the cuff (memory) as they say, he was really good at it too.

The new shows with Drew Carey start on Oct 15. It won't be the same w/o Bob Barker, but I think Drew will prove to be a good replacement. He has a great sense of humor. ;)
