All you do is press 1 if you are a new mom or dad--They tell you that it is a one time offer and that they will only deliver to a street address--then they get your phone # and address. That's it. It is automated so you don't have to talk to anyone.:)

ok its been a month so I called and asked if they recieved my info. she said that it should only take 7 to 10 days for it to get to you so if you havent recieved one yet I would call and asked for another to be sent. P.S. the package she sent out was only like half of the original kit. :(

I also got this several weeks ago and contained exactly what someone else listed here. I kept the skin care products and I make "New Mom" goodie boxes of many baby samples/coupons/offers/free magazines etc. that I've received and donate them to our local food bank or charitable organization to give out to deserving Moms, new or otherwise. :)
