Workout videos

I am looking for suggestions regarding workout videos.

Is there a particular one you would recommend? I want an overall body workout and not really something focused on a particular body area.

the problem is:putting them in and useing them everyday!!!! I am good for the first few days, then I forget or get too busy or something!!!!!

That is my problem as well. I have all kinds, but finding the motivation to actually use them...I always find something else to do!

The Carmen Electra ones are really good. I have them on my computer but used them in Hawaii with a roommate. Another good series is the Crunch series. I have 2 of them, but they discussed on tv not too long ago, and they are saying they are one of the best. They have tons in that series. I have the same problem though, doing them everyday. My problem now is we don't have the cords to hook up my dvd player upstairs, so I have to buy one.:rolleyes:

I don't know if this is available through all cable companies, but it is with mine. When you go to your "on demand" menu look for "free on demand", ours offers a lot of workout videos. There is one called sportskool, or at least that's how I think they spell it. They have a lot of training videos you can use. There is another one, but I forgot what it is under and they have several selections...yoga, cardio, kickboxing, I had even tried bellydancing and hula dancing.

They seem to change monthly, but if I remember correctly, they tell you when they end.

If you have Comcast the Carmen Electra videos are free on demand right now. My friend has it and told me about it.

Oh my! I have one also but it's at my Mom's house. I have used it like 10 times in 2 years........:o I know, I know......:p

I actually bought mine at Kmart when they had their big after Christmas sale. It was the LAST one and it works pretty well. It was priced wrong and the sale sign posted on the thing had ended. They still gave it to me for that price.;)

I have been doing The Biggest Loser workout dvds along with walking on the treadmill. So far these are my favorite workout dvds!

I love the Windsor Pilates dvd's! They work really well and I feel great afterward.
