what they don't tell you is that you need to have over 200,000 dollars to pay for taxes and fees.... and that you can not sale the house or rent the house until you pay all the taxes and fees on the house.

it may seem like a nice prize but, if you don't have the money to afford this house, or can't sell your house that your living in now quickly. you better not enter.

I knew a couple that won a house from HGTV Home Giveaway. They ended up losing money in the long run. it was a nightmare for them...
