PRIZE: One qualifying entrant (the "Winner") will win up to $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) paid by Overstock.com on behalf of Winner directly to one or more qualified creditors of the Winner or the Winner's immediate family. Qualified creditors are limited to credit card companies, mortgage lenders, medical creditors, student loan creditors, and car loan creditors. Overstock shall only pay the prize money for debt owed prior to January 1, 2009 by Winner to a qualified creditor. The aggregate approximate retail value of all prizes is $10,000 at a minimum, and depending on the estimated taxes, may be a maximum of $15,000. Sponsor may be required to report prize money awarded to the actual Winner to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The prize will be awarded provided it is properly claimed. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
